From my early days as a working student to my current role as a Project Manager, I’ve grown through hands-on experience, adaptability, and leadership. Each step has shaped my expertise and fueled my drive for innovation.
Engineering for me has been all about taking ideas and turning them into something real. I’ve designed a machine, created a tracking system, and spent time researching everything from polymer behavior to manufacturing automation. Each project has taught me something new.
My journey isn’t just about technical projects! I’ve been lucky to lead international events, present on topics I’m passionate about, and experience life as an exchange student across different countries. Each of these milestones has helped me grow and see the world in new ways.
Starting in Venezuela and taking a big leap to study in Germany, I embraced the challenge of studying in a new language and culture.
I completed my Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Applied Plastics Technology, gaining a strong technical foundation and an invaluable international perspective along the way.
I believe in lifelong learning and giving back. Over the years, I’ve volunteered to support international students, helped organize community activities, and continued to build new skills through workshops and certifications. Being a part of initiatives like ‚Über den Tellerrand‘ and serving on juries for startup competitions keeps me inspired and engaged.
